Season-opening concert in Svetlanov Concert Hall, Moscow

On September 29, Hobart will conduct the season-opening concert of the Moscow City Symphony-Russian Philharmonic Orchestra in the Svetlanov Concert Hall ( in “Dom Muziki” ) in Moscow. The program includes two Moscow premieres – Igor Raykhelson’s piano concerto with Boris Berezovsky as soloist, and Tolbikhon Shakhidi’s Symphonic Poem “Sado” ( here’s a video of that performance, as uploaded by the orchestra : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AEalyZfIRs )
