"An Evening in Caracas"

This is the name for the traditional concerts of Latin American music that Hobart and the Odessa Philharmonic give each year. This year's concerts

will be on July 8 in Philharmonic Hall and July 9 in the Odessa Opera House. Francesco Libetta will play Manuel de Falla's 'Nights in the Garden of Spain' and Louis Moreau Gottschalk’s “Tarantella” , and the traditional latin-american element of the concert will include music by Aldemaro Romero, Arturo Marquez, Alberto Ginastera and Zequinha de Abreu.
